“Meditational Swindle” acrylic and conte on masonite 2007 NFS

This is an exercise in symmetry. I find it very engaging and relaxing to begin a painting by drawing with two hands. I became very engaged in bringing multiple focus planes together. I think the overall feeling is being drawn in different directions, and the danger that is inherent in tension.
